Taya Van Roon is an Introductory Iyengar Yoga Teacher.
Over the last seven years Louisa has been my teacher and inspiration in the practice of yoga. With Louisa’s training and guidance I have achieved certification.
Yoga practice has supported me over more than 20 years of life’s various journeys of childbirth, raising a family, menopause, illness and injury.
I teach classes at Kerikeri Yoga Centre and in Whangarei. Pls call me on 09) 438 6887.
Monika Heid is in her second year as a teacher Trainee with Louisa.
I always have been an adventurous and active person . Starting with sailing from Germany to Nz, on a little yacht, 27 years ago and settling with my family. This was an exciting and challenging time.
Finding balance in my busy day to day live as mother, partner, and at work was always a goal.
Yoga took me on a new adventures Journey. I still remember how great I felt after my first yoga lesson with Louisa 15 years ago.
Learning how to stay in touch with your body through awareness and keeping mind and body flexible has been essential for me during stressful and challenging times.
I am now in training to become a teacher, to be able to share the benefits of yoga and to continue on my journey.
